BUDMAT® steel roofing system has successfully been creating homes. It is their crowning and an excellent complement. We ensure comprehensive roofing solutions and fulfil dreams of an ideal home. BUDMAT is the only company in Poland holding the Individual Roof Certificate, which confirms zinc content of 275 g/m2, which protects a roof against corrosion and ensures its durability for many years to come.
BUDMAT® has been the first manufacturer of roofing to introduce a unique control system of manufacturing process. Thus, not only can we inform our clients about the declared quality parameters but also about the actual, measured during manufacturing process parameters for each roof. Thus, we guarantee that our product really fulfils required European standards pertaining to roofing.
Not all steel roofing systems offered on the Polish market fulfil required quality standards. The most important element - decisive to the durability of the steel roofing – is the layer of zinc which protects the sheet and ensures the retaining of its corrosion-proof properties. Zinc weight lower than 275 g/m2 does not comply with PN-EN 508-1.2010 standard and significantly lowers the durability of a roof.
Here in BUDMAT we have been the first in Poland to measure basic parameters of roofing manufactured by us, ensuring its top quality with the Individual Roof Certificate. The applied measurement procedure has been developed by the Institute of Building Technology (Instytut Techniki Budowlanej).
The most important roof parameters:
- 275 g/m2 – minimum weight of zinc coating for galvanized sheets,
- 25 µm – minimum paint coat thickness,
- 0.5 mm recommended sheet thickness.
